How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $60.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received it, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel orders that haven't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our returns policy.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and has its original tags. Email us to start your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and your refund is issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

Yes. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the exchange. The item must be unworn with its original tags, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens. Email us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How do I choose my size?

Check the sizing details on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, email us your height, weight and usual size, and we'll help you choose.

How should I care for my pieces?

Follow the care instructions on each product page. As a rule, wash knitwear and linen cold on a gentle cycle and dry flat or hang to dry, so they keep their shape for longer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify with encrypted payments, and we never see or store your full card details.

How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?

Add any three eligible pieces to your cart and the lowest-priced item is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
